On Monday morning, Russian invaders hit Kharkiv with an artillery strike. The attack targeted a bus stop and an apartment block. Region governor Oleh Synehubov reported one local killed and one wounded. The governor also reported Russian strikes in the town of Merefa, where an infrastructure object was damaged, and in the town of Chuhuiv.
