During the day, Russian troops shelled three districts of Kharkiv region.

Local governor Oleh Synehubov reports that the strikes targeted the areas near Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupiansk, where a local resident was killed.

The governor added that the attacks damaged residential and economic buildings.

Within the ongoing evacuation, 217 locals moved from Kupiansk area to the safer regions of Ukraine.
