As reported earlier, Russian troops hit Dnipropetrovsk region with missiles on Friday morning.

Region governor Valentyn Reznichenko said on Telegram that the rocket targeted a military facility killing 10 and wounding 30 servicemen.

According to the governor, the rescue teams are still working on the site trying to find people under the rubble.

The officials say the facility was hit with the Iskandar missile.
