Russian troops continue ruthless artillery and air strikes in Donetsk region, targeting civilian objects. Region governor Pavlo Kyrylenko reported that a Russian missile hit a five-story apartment block in Chasiv Yar. At least 30 local residents, including children are still under the rubble. The emergency team is working on the site.
