On Tuesday, Russian missiles hit the airfield and oil depot in Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytsky region. Starokostiantyniv mayor Mykola Melnychuk says there are no casualties, but the strike completely destroyed the oil depot with strategic reserve. The mayor also addressed local business to facilitate with finding fuel reserves for the city.
