Hollywood actress and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie allegedly crossed the Ukrainian border on foot, without informing the Ukrainian government of her intention to visit the country. The publication cites an unnamed Ukrainian source, claiming that Jolie did exactly that.
According to an official, Jolie did not warn the authorities about her plans to arrive in Ukraine.
It is also reported that a member of Jolie’s entourage had an incident with the TCC at the checkpoint, but Ukrainian authorities are currently trying to determine exactly what happened.
