At about 02:15 am, Russian troops hit Kharkiv with a massive missile strike.

City mayor Ihor Terkhov said on Telegram that the invaders targeted 5 of 9 Kharkiv districts.

The mayor reported damaged infrastructure objects and transportation routes. The information on casualties among the local population is being checked.

Russian invaders also continued artillery and rocket shelling of towns and villages near Kharkiv.
