The press service of ‘Ukrenergo’ state energy regulator states that Chernobyl nuclear power plant has been fully disconnected from the electricity supply.

The continuing war hostilities do not allow restoring the electricity line.

The statement also says that the town of Slavutych, where the plant personnel live, is cut out of power supply.

Chernobyl nuclear plant was captured by Russian troops in the first days of the invasion.
