Children Evacuated from Occupied Kherson Receive Vital Support

As reported by Oleksandr Prokudin’s Facebook page

A group of children aged seven to fourteen – girls and boys – has been evacuated from the left-bank part of the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the children endured pressure from the occupying authorities, fear, and humiliation, but they are now safe and are close to their loved ones. They are receiving the necessary assistance, they are being helped to restore their documents, and they are undergoing psychological rehabilitation.

The rescue operation was carried out as part of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative with the support of the charitable organization Save Ukraine, according to Prokudin.

Earlier, the head of the OVA also reported that a 14-year-old girl had returned from the left bank.

After evacuation, the children are provided with comprehensive support: medical examinations, psychological assistance, help in restoring documents, and consultations with social support specialists. The work continues so that the children can adapt in a safe environment and feel stable.

Next steps and ongoing support for families

The Bring Kids Back UA initiative, in partnership with Save Ukraine, continues coordinating evacuation measures and providing assistance to ensure children’s safety, family support, and the opportunity to return to normal life in territories under Ukrainian control.
