On October 25, in Orikhiv, Polohy District, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, a fire occurred due to shelling by Russia. There were no fatalities or injuries. This was reported today, October 26, by the region’s State Emergency Service.
According to rescuers, the blaze spread to outbuildings and firewood, with a total area of about 80 square meters.
During reconnaissance of the area, DSNS sappers discovered and neutralized dangerous items: the warhead of an unmanned aerial vehicle, a grenade launcher round, and a homemade explosive device, which were found in various settlements across the region.

The fire was localized and fully extinguished by the State Emergency Service. Rescuers carried out cooling and an inspection of the area to prevent rekindling. There was no information about any impact on residents.
