Zaporizhzhya region governor Oleksandr Starukh claimed on TV that Russian occupiers captured five ships with dozens thousands of grain cargo. According to eyewitnesses, freighters were towed away by Russian tugboats. The governor says Ukrainian authorities are now trying to find out the location of the cargo ships.
