In Rivne region, law enforcement officers detained the head of one of the divisions of the Darniytsky Police Department of the Kyiv National Police – Yuriy Rybiansky, who had previously not reported for duty. According to police, he had access to the missing seized funds. Internal Security Department officers began searching for the officer after he stopped contacting and did not report for duty.

Detention and Subsequent Actions
The detention occurred on November 6 in the Rivne region. Urgent investigative actions are currently underway. The further investigation will be conducted by the DBR.
