Hollywood actress Michelle Pfeiffer announced that she has become a grandmother, and shared how this status has affected her creative schedule. She revealed the news during a Smartless podcast episode on Monday, explaining how changes in family life reflect her approach to acting work.

According to the star, a true sense of happiness fills her, but she admits that, had she known in advance about the forthcoming addition to her family, she might have turned down some roles. “And if I had known that I would become a grandmother, I wouldn’t have taken on so much work, but I enjoyed everything and I am very grateful.”
Pfeiffer has had a rich and varied journey in film and television: from iconic roles in Scarface (1983) and Batman Returns (1992) to appearing in the Showtime series The First Lady (2022).
