Dnipropetrovsk region governor Valentyn Reznichenko has reported night missile strikes in the region. Two missiles hit an oil depot in Dnipro and another rocket targeted a plant in Novomoskovsk. The emergency services are working on the sites; casualties have not been reported yet.
