Ukraine’s state emergency service reports that Russian invaders hit the oil depot in Chernihiv with 3 thousand cubic meters of diesel fuel. The attack took place at 08:10 am, setting the depot ablaze and prompting toxic fumes.   Ukrainian emergency services are working on site. Information on casualties and wounded has not been reported yet.
