Ukrainian tennis player Oleksandra Oliynykova reached the semifinal of the WTA 125 tournament in Florianópolis, Brazil, with a prize fund of $115,000.
In a three-set match she lost to Austrian Julia Grabher (WTA-109) – 6-3, 6-7 (4:7), 6-7 (1:7).
The match lasted 3 hours and 5 minutes.
Grabher advanced to the final of Engie Open presented by MundoTênis Tours in Florianópolis, where she will face the Frenchwoman Carole Monnet (205).
Oliynykova ends her run in the tournament at the semifinal stage.
