Russian troops hit with artillery the town of Semenivka, Chernihiv region. Top president’s official Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported one local killed during the strike. The town is situated near the Ukrainian-Russian border and the shelling took place from the territory of the Russian Federation. The attack also caused damage to the electricity supply lines.
