In the Pokrovske direction, within the sector of responsibility of the 7th Rapid-Response Corps of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces, there is a significant uptick in assault actions by Russian troops along the entire line of defense.
According to the press service of the 7th Air Assault Corps, the information came via Telegram, where a video recording of the repelling of a mechanized assault in the Myrnohrad area was released on the morning of November 5.
“Last month the average number of attacks was 13 per day. And yesterday, November 5, the enemy carried out 30 assault actions. 12 of them took place in the area of responsibility of the 32nd Separate Mechanized Brigade.”
Current dynamics on the Pokrovske direction
Russian units continue to deploy armored vehicles near Myrnohrad. Thus, at dawn yesterday, the 38th Separate Marine Brigade, in coordination with neighboring units, repelled a mechanized assault.
Other forces are also involved in the fighting, helping to slow the enemy’s advance.
According to defense authorities, during the month Ukrainian defenders killed 284 occupiers and wounded 107.
According to preliminary data for the previous day, there were 276 armed clashes between the defense forces and Russian troops, with the main enemy pressure concentrated on the Pokrovske direction, where approximately 100 attacks were carried out.
