Russian troops hit Mykolaiv residential areas with Smerch multiple launch rocket systems. Ukrainian state emergency service reports the residential areas of the city were bombarded Monday morning causing fire and disruption of the heating system. Rescue operation is going on. The number of casualties is yet unclear.
