Russia's Massive Drone Attack on Ukraine on November 6

On the night of November 6, Russia again launched a massive air attack, involving 135 strike drones of various types, including Shahed and Gerbera and other models. The air defense forces destroyed 108 of these drones.

According to the Ukrainian Air Forces, strikes by 27 attack UAVs were recorded at 13 locations. The assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, EW units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Other defense units also took part in the defense: air defense forces, EW, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Earlier it became known that overnight on November 6 Russian forces struck Kamianske in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Eight people were wounded, fires broke out in the city. The roof and the ceiling of one of the entrances of a four-story building were partially destroyed.

According to official data, activity in other areas is currently decreasing and the situation is being monitored by the Ukrainian defense forces.

Current Situation and Future Readiness

The defense forces continue to keep the situation under control, monitoring the airspace and responding promptly to new threats from the air.
