On the night of September 28, Russia launched a massive strike on Kyiv region. According to the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the enemy used strike drones and cruise missiles, which, according to official data, left 27 people injured in three districts of the region.
According to Kyiv Oblast Military Administration head Mykola Kalashnyk, as of 9:00 a.m., in the Bucha District there were 17 injured, in Fastiv District – 7, and in Bila Tserkivskyi District – 3. All necessary medical assistance is provided on-site by emergency medical teams. There were no reports of hospitalization.

Consequences and districts hit
The consequences of the massive attack were recorded in the Bila Tserkivskyi, Fastivskyi, Bucha, Obukhivskyi, and Boryspilskyi districts. Earlier officials reported seven injured residents of Kyiv region.
In Fastiv District, as of 6:40 a.m., five people were injured – workers at one of the local bread factories. All necessary medical assistance is provided on site. “A fire occurred at the enterprise. It has been extinguished,” Kalashnyk said.
In the Bila Tserkva area of the city, the roof of a nine-story residential building caught fire due to the strike. Six cars were damaged. The fire was promptly extinguished. According to preliminary data, two women aged 56 and 47 years experienced an acute stress reaction; medical assistance was provided on the spot.
Additionally, in Bucha District there was a fire in a non-residential building; private houses and two vehicles caught fire. In Obukhiv District, debris fell on a household outbuilding, and a fire started there as well.
