Top police official Oleksii Biloshytskyi stated on social media that Russian troops allegedly used white phosphorus munitions in Kramatorsk, claiming it is prohibited by Geneva convention.

‘Prohibitions and conventions are for the civilized world. Not for the orcs [Russians]’, Biloshytskyi wrote.

It should be noted that Russian army has incendiary munitions for Grad multiple launch rocket systems.
