Russian Artillery Hits Bilozerka, Kherson Region – Civilians Injured and Infrastructure Damaged

In the early hours of September 29, 2025, Russian artillery struck the town of Bilozirka in Kherson Oblast, injuring civilians.

According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, two people were hospitalized: a 76-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man with injuries and a concussion. They received medical care at a medical facility.

In addition, during the shelling, infrastructure was damaged – one of the medical facilities and residential housing were affected, according to the regional administration.

Earlier, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported a man killed in the Dnipro district of the city as a result of the previous shelling. Currently, clarifications of the circumstances and scale of the destruction are underway, authorities are calling on residents to follow safety rules and stay informed through official announcements.

Consequences and Government Actions

The situation in the region remains tense: social and rescue services are on site, assessing the extent of the damage and providing first aid to those affected.

Residents are urged to stay calm and follow safety instructions during air alerts, monitor official announcements, and strictly follow the recommendations of the services.
