During the night of September 30, 2025, Russian drones carried out an attack on Kyiv Oblast, resulting in a woman being injured. The Kyiv Regional Military Administration (Kyiv OVA) confirms the information.
According to the OVA, the injured woman was born in 1950. She experienced an acute stress reaction and hypertensive crisis; a medical team provided the necessary assistance at the scene.
As a result of the attack, a private residential house, outbuildings, and a passenger car were damaged, the regional administration reported.
Law enforcement and emergency services continue to assess the consequences of the strike and implement safety measures for residents of the region.

The deployed response units continue to monitor the situation, restore damaged infrastructure, and strengthen security in vulnerable areas. Residents are asked to follow rescuers’ recommendations and stay in shelters during air-raid alerts.
Experts also clarify the extent of the destruction and possible consequences for the housing sector, water supply, and other critical facilities. Recovery works are ongoing under the coordination of the relevant services.
