During the day on November 6, Russian forces used drones to strike Pavlograd. As a result of the attack, the city’s infrastructure was damaged, and part of the Synelnykivskyi district was left without power.
Vladyslav Haivanenko, the acting head of the regional military administration, reported the situation via the official Telegram channel. According to the official, some consumers have already been supplied with electricity via backup lines; the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
According to preliminary data, damage has been recorded at infrastructure facilities and in the power grid. Specialists are currently working to restore supply across the region and to determine the extent of the damage.
Consequences and Power Supply Restoration
After the attack, work to restore power supply for residents and critical infrastructure facilities continues, with the exact timelines for restoration being coordinated with the regional energy services.
The incident is under investigation, and the relevant services are monitoring the situation and coordinating repair work with public safety in mind.
