In the early hours of September 28, Russian FPV drones attacked a private residence in the village of Chornyi Rih, which is part of the Semenivska Community of Chernihiv region, near the border with Russia.
According to the head of the Novhorod-Siverskyi District Military Administration, Oleksandr Seliverstov, there are no injuries among the people.
“As a result of the impact of the munition, a fire broke out, damaging and destroying a residential house and outbuildings. Firefighters managed to localize the fire.”
It is also known that around four o’clock in the morning on September 28, a Russian “Shahed” struck a garage in the area of a multi-apartment development in the city of Mena, Chernihiv region. As a result of the attack, three garages were completely destroyed, one damaged. Also one car burned completely.
Local services confirm: there are no injuries among people, but the damage to civilian infrastructure is significant.
The information indicates a growing danger to the civilian population of border regions and the need to strengthen the readiness of emergency services and airspace defense.
