Ukraine’s ombudsperson Liudmyla Denisova has reported that as of March 23, Russia’s war against Ukraine has caused 121 children deaths with 160 children wounded.

The ombudsperson stresses that this count is not final, as active hostilities in many regions do not allow defining the exact number of casualties.

All confirmed casualties are registered in Ukraine’s database of criminal investigations and law enforcement are looking into each case.
