Mykolaiv region governor Vitaly Kim reports Russin troops landed to the south of Mykolaiv. Earlier, Ukrainian artillery defeated Russian convoy near the village of Bashtanivka forcing them to retreat. The governor also reports Russian aircraft approaching Mykolaiv from Sebastopol. He also introduced strict curfew and addressed city residents not to appear in the streets.
