Donetsk region governor Pavlo Kyrylenko reports that Friday morning air strike at Kramatorsk killed two and wounded six civilians. Rockets hit a residential block and administrative building. The governor adds Russian troops cannot defeat Ukrainian army and are only able to kill civilians and ruin infrastructure.
