At about midday August 3, Russian invaders hit Chuhuiv, Kharkiv region, with Uragan multiple launch rocket systems.

National police reports one civilian killed and two wounded. All of them were in their apartments during the strike.

The statement says that Russian invaders target residential areas in order to sow panic and terror in the region and kill as many civilians as possible.
