From the morning of October 25 to the morning of October 26, Russian forces carried out 64 shellings on 31 settlements in Sumy region. According to preliminary data, there are dead and wounded among civilians, the regional military administration reported.
The largest number of shellings was recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts.
Consequences of the shelling and damages
Civil infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed: in the Novoslobidska community – a private residential house; in the Krasnopilska community – a civil infrastructure facility; in the Popivska community – an administrative building, civil infrastructure facilities, a multi-family building, private residential houses; in the Bilopilska community – a non-residential premises, a civil infrastructure facility.
Rescuers and local authorities continue to determine the extent of the damage and provide the necessary assistance to those affected.
