Russian rocket artillery targeted a humanitarian aid distribution point in Vugledar, killing two people and leaving five more wounded.

The distribution point has operated in one of the local schools.

The regional administration said that emergency teams were called in to attend to the wounded.

‘We are documenting all of the crimes committed by the Russian Federation on our lands,’ local governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said on Telegram.
