Kharkiv region police inform that Russian troops have hit a 14-story residential block in Industrialnyi district, killing five locals, one of whom is a nine-year-old boy. Constant shelling of Kharkiv causes the growing number of civilian casualties, Kharkiv governor Oleh Synehubov states, adding that Saturday’s strike killed a man and a child.
