On September 26, Ivan Sekach, head of the Public Relations Service of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade, said that the Russian army is employing an infiltration tactic along the Novopavlivske direction – crossing Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, attacking near Novoivanivka and Olhivske.
According to DeepState and local sources, as of September 2025 Russian forces have advanced near Novoivanivka and Temyrivka as part of the armed actions in the southeast. The Ukrainian defense forces continue to maintain control over key positions, although the situation remains dynamic and unpredictable.
