Kharkiv regional police report that Russian invaders continue shelling of infrastructure objects in Kharkiv region.
Within the last 24 hours, the invaders tried to damage power generating facilities with the aim to cause electricity disruptions in the city.
Russian troops also sieged the town of Izium and continuously shell it.
Kharkiv regional governor Oleh Synehubov stated Izium needs a humanitarian corridor to prevent a disaster.
