National police of Ukraine has launched investigation into a case of shelling civilian population of Avdiivka with ‘Tornado’ multiple launch rocket systems.
The shelling caused civilian casualties the number of which is still unclear and destroyed at least 15 buildings, including residential houses and educational institutions.
Emergency services are working on the site, providing necessary help and evacuating locals.
