Social infrastructure in Chernihiv comes under fire again as Russia backtracks on its promise of scaling down its assaults in the region.

Chenihiv police chief Volodymyr Nidzelskyi said Russian shelling targeted the residential areas in Chernihiv and a local cancer clinic.

The police chief didn’t provide the details of the attack adding officials are ‘documenting all the war crimes of the enemy troops’.
