The NABU investigation  accused  Serhiy Kuzminykh of taking more than half a million hryvnas bribe.

According to investigators, the MP received bribes from private companies for assistance in bidding contracts of the state hospital in the Zhytomyr region.

The bribe was videotaped on January 28 came as grounds for  Prosecutor General of Ukraine to launch  criminal investigation.

According to reports , Kuzminykh has left his place of residence, and is avoiding  summons of law enforcement and hides from the NABU detectives.

His lawyer said on Thursday the lawmkaer was admitted into a health care facility, but refuses to elaborate on his whereabouts.
