According to Ministry of Communities and Territories Development
730 million UAH will be allocated from the Fund for Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression to the Kyiv region to complete 30 regional reconstruction projects.
The information was confirmed by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development, Ukrinform reports.
More than 730 million hryvnias will go to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, as well as the Bucha and Irpin urban communities, to complete reconstruction projects in the region. The corresponding decision was adopted at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on November 5.

- 6 educational facilities
- 2 civil defense facilities
- 1 healthcare facility
Following the decision, the funds will come from the Fund for Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, the balances of which as of January 1, 2025 have been formed for the recovery of the regions.
Additionally, they report that in November 2025 the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) will launch a four-year project in local finance management aimed at supporting the recovery of Ukrainian communities, totaling more than USD 9.3 million.
These steps are intended not only to restore infrastructure but also to improve the quality of life for residents of the Kyiv region and to stabilize the pace of the region’s recovery.
