As reported by online media Suspilne.

September 30 – the 1315th day of the war between Ukraine and Russia. The main topic of the day is the arms export plan, under which four export platforms have been agreed for supplying defense systems to global markets.

According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, the recipient countries will include the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a step toward expanding Ukraine’s international presence in the defense industry and strengthening regional security.

Ukraine will receive Swedish Gripen fighters, as well as additional F-16s and Mirage jets developed by France, which should significantly bolster the army’s combat capability and those of its partners.

U.S. Special Representative to Ukraine General Kit Kellogg said that President Donald Trump authorized long-range strikes by Ukraine against Russia, which will become one of the factors in future discussions with allies about supporting Ukraine.

All of this reflects Kyiv’s strategic orientation toward strengthening defense and expanding international support in the context of the 1315th day of the war.

Strengthening the defense potential and international cooperation

The expected delivery of new weapon systems together with existing modernization programs points to Ukraine’s consistent steps toward defense integration with Western partners. Expanding cooperation opens doors to more effective responses to threats and sustained support from allies.

By gradually improving military equipment and integrating new systems, Ukraine aims to strengthen regional security and preserve the strategic balance on the European continent. The 1315th day of the war provides an additional argument in favor of coordinated defense policy.
