Ukraine Endures Over 50 Rockets and 1200 Drone Attacks in One Week

According to the weekly summary, Russia has used against Ukraine more than 50 missiles, nearly 1,200 attack drones, and more than 1,360 guided aerial bombs. These data were announced by the President of Ukraine on Facebook.

In Kyiv, efforts to mitigate the effects of the Russian attack are underway. All essential services are on site. Tonight, Russia launched more than 100 drones against us. This week it has been strikes on residential buildings, on our people, on children, on civilian infrastructure. These are the main targets for the Russians. Thousands of strikes with various weapons – in just one week nearly 1,200 attack drones, more than 1,360 guided aerial bombs, and over 50 missiles of various types were used by Russia against Ukraine

Under all these blows, Ukraine continued to actively defend itself: on the battlefield, in the sky, in diplomacy

According to the President of Ukraine, there are significant results from pressuring Russia – the EU’s 19th sanctions package and new US restrictions on Russian oil.

We are grateful to partners for these steps, but it’s important not to stop

We expect these sanctions to be synchronized across the G7 jurisdictions and with other partners. And, undoubtedly, additional tariff and sanctions restrictions against Russia and all who help it stay afloat are needed. The pressure will surely work toward peace. Thank you to everyone who helps
