During the night of September 29, Russia again attempted to strike Ukraine using 32 strike drones of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other models. The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine report that the air defense effectively repelled the attack thanks to coordination between aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, EW units, and mobile firing groups of the defense forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00 in the morning, air defense shot down/neutralized 23 enemy UAVs of the “Shahed”, “Gerbera” and drones of other types in the north and east of the country.
As a result of this attack, nine strike UAVs hit eight locations, indicating the activity of airspace violators during the night.

The report concludes that the operational situation remains under control thanks to the coordinated actions of the defense forces, which continue to monitor the airspace and are ready to respond to any threats.
