The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the infrastructure of the Stavrolen plant in the city of Budyonnovsk in the Stavropol Krai of the Russian Federation, as well as a Russian military ammunition depot in the occupied Donetsk region. This information was confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, after the strike there were numerous explosions and a fire; details and the extent of the damage are being clarified.
The Stavrolen plant has a full hydrocarbon feedstock processing cycle and produces polymers for the manufacture of composite materials, housing parts, seals, and insulating materials for various types of equipment of the Russian army. In particular, the enterprise manufactures components for unmanned aerial vehicles.
In addition, Ukrainian forces intensified offensive actions against the ammunition depot on the temporarily occupied territory in the settlement of Novyi Svit in Donetsk. After the strike, damage to the target and explosions were recorded; the extent of the damage is being clarified.

On November 11, the Armed Forces also struck facilities at the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation.
