Changes have been recorded in the Regulation on the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services. The new rules are intended to simplify access for younger users to government online services and ensure their safety while using the portal.

Additional regulatory measures

It is also noted that from Monday, four more social services will become available through the Diia portal.

Additionally, regulatory changes govern the use of artificial intelligence technologies on the portal to provide information and to simplify the processes of obtaining services, as well as to provide informational support to users.

In addition, a ban has been introduced on the use of automation tools (bots, scripts, etc.) that allow automated input, collection, and processing of data in “Diia.”

It is also reported that the mechanism for submitting compensation claims under the “eRecovery” program has been improved: a new compensation claim in the event of another hit to a house can be submitted through Diia.
