Ukrainian Motocross Cup Stage 5 in Khust Supports Armed Forces

On September 28, in Khust, on a stretch of road near a compressor station, the fifth stage of the Ukrainian Motocross Cup took place. The event was dedicated to supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to the memory of athletes who died on the front. 85 riders from various regions of the country participated. The information was confirmed by a reporter on the scene.

Track Features and Organizers’ Impressions

According to the organizers, the Khust track stands out from others for its high speed and dynamic nature.

Following the start, the fifth stage took place within the framework of traditional competitions that annually attract the attention of spectators and athletes.

Among the participants was also Mykhailo Bodnar from Chernivtsi.

The track is well-prepared, soft, as it should be for motocross. There are many turns and jumps here, which makes it interesting. For me, this stage is very important because I am in second place

The competition was held under the slogan “in support of the Armed Forces.”

Our guys who died in the war were also athletes. This is our tribute to them

Motocross riders participate in fundraising for the military during the competition.

We raise money, donate – both during the races and via phone donations to relatives and friends. What motivates me most is the support of my family – they are my team

According to the acting mayor of Khust City Community Vasyl Hubal, motocross will remain an annual city tradition.

This is very important for the youth and the community. It is pleasing that today, alongside professional athletes, there are also veterans. And also many young people who rally around the sport. Thanks to the Armed Forces, we have the opportunity to hold such events

The event underscored the role of sport in supporting the army and uniting the community, and also showed how important such initiatives are for the Transcarpathian region.
