As reported by Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications
In Kyiv, at the Ukrainian House, from November 1 to 16, there will be an exhibition of the Ukrainian pavilion EXPO 2025 “Not For Sale” (“Not for sale”).
This was reported by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications.
“We are bringing the Not For Sale pavilion home to Ukraine. It has already fulfilled its main mission – it spoke to the world with the voice of the strength and values of Ukrainians. It showed that what we fight for every day are the highest virtues of humanity. It explained why we deserve support. The exhibition at the Ukrainian House is an opportunity to remind ourselves what we stand for and what exactly makes us unbreakable. The first stop is Kyiv; we will announce the next ones later. Visit Not For Sale!”
Features of the Exhibition and Its Impact
For six months, the “Not For Sale” pavilion presented the world with a vision of the future centered on values. Instead of Ukraine’s usual achievements, it presented the concept of a “store where nothing can be bought” – 18 items, each symbolizing a democratic value: freedom of speech, the right to choose, humanity, and others.
Each exhibit has a real barcode that visitors can scan using special store scanners. After scanning, video stories from Ukraine appear on the screen, revealing the true “price” Ukrainians pay as they build their own future – this approach explains the exhibition’s main message.
In the Ukrainian House there will also be an opportunity to learn about the history of the World Expo, see works by Ukrainian artists and artifacts from Ukrainian companies.
According to the organizers, the Ukrainian pavilion “Not For Sale,” presented at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, was visited by more than 3.2 million people.
