The joint-stock company “Ukroboronprom” has signed an important Memorandum of Cooperation with the Belgian company KNDS Belgium SA. This information was confirmed by the press service of Ukroboronprom.
Under the agreement, joint development and production of medium-caliber ammunition is planned. This ammunition is intended for use in automatic cannons, allowing effective engagement of personnel, light armored vehicles, and low-flying aerial targets.
Ukroboronprom’s CEO, Oleg Hulyak, noted that the company is actively expanding its international cooperation, seeking new opportunities for collaboration. According to him, this contributes to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities and integrating into the global defense industry of NATO countries.
