‘Bukvy’ detected another ‘Ze violation’, which showed president’s disregard for Ukrainian laws.

Calling Alperin a ‘smuggler’, the head of the state violated the presumption of innocence by accusing a person of committing a crime without a corresponding court verdict.

By doing this, Volodymyr Zelenskyi violated the Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
