On March 14, Russian missiles hit a TV tower and broadcasting facility in the city of Rivne.

Rivne region governor Vitaly Koval reports that the current number of casualties is 21 killed and 9 wounded.

The rescue operation lasted for almost two days as the facility was completely destroyed by the air strike.
