The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine’s defense ministry Kyrylo Budanov visited the frontline in Bakhmut.

According to the intelligence statement, Budanov was in Bakhmut on December 27-28.

The visit was not announced in advance due to the security situation.

During his stay, Budanov defined further tasks for the intelligence units and awarded Ukrainian defenders.
